Cookies policy for the Moesys website

1. Scope

1.1. This cookies policy (the “Policy”) applies to the website at moesys.net (the “Website”), operated by the controller named in clause 2 of the privacy notice (the “Controller”, “we”).

1.2. This Policy does not apply to the Moesys application at tool.moesys.net (the “Application”), which is described in its own privacy notice.

2. Definitions

2.1. A “cookie” is a small text file that a website places on your device and that your browser sends back to that website with later requests.

2.2. “Similar technologies” are other means of storing information on, or reading information from, your device, such as the browser’s local storage.

3. Cookies

3.1. The Website does not set any cookies, either its own (first-party cookies) or those of other parties (third-party cookies).

3.2. Because the Website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, it does not request your consent and does not display a cookie banner.

4. Similar technologies

4.1. Except as set out in clause 4.2, the Website does not use local storage, session storage or any other similar technology to store information on your device or to read information from it.

4.2. On the contact page (/contact), Cloudflare Turnstile reads technical information from your browser to check that the contact form is used by a person. This is strictly necessary for the service you request, the sending of your message, so it does not require your consent. Turnstile does not set cookies. See clause 5.4 of the privacy notice.

5. Your choices

5.1. As the Website stores nothing on your device, there is nothing to accept, refuse or delete. Your browser’s own settings for cookies and site data continue to apply.

6. The Application

6.1. The Application at tool.moesys.net sets a cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. It is described in the Application’s privacy notice.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Policy before they are used and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. The version number and the date of the last update are stated at the top of this Policy.
